Red Dead Redemption Legends and Killers Pack Available for Download on August 10th

Red Dead Revolver's Buffalo Soldier, Mr. Kelley and Shadow Wolf ride out. Get these multiplayer characters and more as part of the Legends and Killers Pack coming Tuesday, August 10th.

We're pleased to announce that the Legends and Killers Pack for Red Dead Redemption will be available for download next Tuesday, August 10th for both Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network. The Legends and Killers Pack boasts nine new multiplayer map locations and the brand new Tomahawk projectile weapon, as well as more opportunities to earn Achievements and Trophies. Eight characters from Red Dead Revolver will also make their debut as new multiplayer characters. The Legends & Killers Pack will be available for $9.99 on PlayStation Network and 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE.

having same issue I downloaded the Legends and Killers Pack and went to Multiplayer mode, nothing new opens up in regard to missions, the only difference I see is being able to pick one of the new characters from the pack in the Outfitter option. Beyond that nothing else looks different. All the Gang Hideouts that are on my map are coming from the original game. Nothing new is showing up.

Are Rockstar deliberately trying to annoy us with there solutions? Seriously,"go to the store,there you can download the DLC". LIKE WE DONT KNOW THAT!!!! The packs install onto the PS3 hardrive fine. The problem for a lot of people is it wont let you access it without inputting a code. The code on the manual does not work. Are you getting the picture? How can you deny there is an issue when so many people are having this problem? Get it fixed!

i dont understand how to access dlc at all ive downloaded outlaws till the end and they are still asking for a rockstar code where do i get that from...

hey rockstar,
im from the UK n i just downloaded the Undead ---htmare pack with all the other dlc's yesterday, but everytime i go 2 the outfitter and try to change to one of the Red Dead Revolver or Redemeption characters, i dont have the option of even finding them, despite the fact that i can change my character into a zombie

You've bought the original game in another region? Then you can't play this undead ---htmare pack. I've had the same problem and I heard this answer from Sony.
Sony recommends to make an account in the region you bought RDR.

Or problem isn't that we cant download the packs, we cant play them..
I just bought Undead ---htmare and entered the DLC in the red dead game menu and there it was.. but i couldn't enter it? I can only exit or press to enter R* code?

Its kinda like its saying i need a code to play the pack once downloaded?

@Imakillu3 No code needed for the DLC, just open the PS Store or XBL Marketplace and navigate to the Red Dead Redemption page, and download.

Rockstar codes were only used for pre-order items.

I just wanted to say that I fully agree with Ben-Hur regarding adding anacronysms to the game like the real life gunslingers and lawmen you mentioned. However, if R* added a "big city" component to the game where dudes (the original meaning of the word is inteded here) could ride around in turn of the century cars that would be pretty sweet. It might give a better view of that dying west vibe that was set during the single player mode. Guess I'm biased but I love early motorcars- they were beautiful machines.

To R*- keep on doing what you're doing. RDR is a great game! And while I generally don't like online games I found myself drawn to this setting- you made a solely single-player gal into a multi-player,

i purchased a multi region red dead redemption for my multi region reading PS3 now i have paid and downloaded a upgrade pack that doesnt work because it is restricted to a region WTF!! what a waste of money will NEVER buy again

Im having the same problem, I've downloaded the pack and install it but when I go to multiplayer nothing has changed, even the Co-Op missions are gone? whats the problem?

Ok First of all I LOVE THIS GAME A LOT, but I've been reading these comments for the DLC and it's putting me off getting it :/ I'm not gonna spend the money if it isn't even going to work. However it does look amazing. I dont know what to do.

Hi everyone, having some problems with the new Legends and Killers pack. I have downloaded it and it says it has been installed, when I go to multiplayer and start playing, nothing has changed, all the caracters are the same, I don't have the tomahawk and have not seen the new locations, have I done something wrong with the instalation or is there a problem with the downloaded file lol the same here
