Rockstar Games | Rockstar News Wire | Free Red Dead Redemption Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack DLC Coming on June 22nd: New Screens and Details from "The Escape" and "The Herd"

In just 4 days, the Red Dead Redemption Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack will be available as a completely free download, simultaneously on Xbox LIVE (requires Xbox LIVE Gold Membership for online play) and PlayStation Network.

Here's a sneak peek at the last two missions that make up the Co-Op Pack - which includes six Co-Operative Multiplayer missions in total. You can see our earlier mission previews & screens by checking out the links in the 'Previously' section near the end of this post.

The Escape
You and your teammates must attack and steal a gold coach along with a wagon and a Gatling gun. Once acquired, you will be sent to turn them in to the American Army and then must clear out remaining resistance in the town of Tumbleweed. After clearing the town, prepare for an explosive standoff that will take you all the way to Mexico.

The Herd
Cattle rustlers have taken control of Box Canyon. Fight your way in and wipe out the rustlers, then use teamwork to protect the herd as you lead them home to Armadillo while drawing heavy fire from snipers and reinforcements on horseback.

Hey rockstar, I downloaded and installed the Co-op DLC for my Asian game, but when I looked under the DLC section of the main menu, ZILCH. What gives?

Doh, just after posting my comment I received answer from Rockstar Support. Asia is supposed to get the DLC on July 1st.

Hey guys, thanks for your patience. We're glad to report that we've isolated the issue with the free DLC mission pack that was causing broader problems with Red Dead Redemption's multiplayer, and we've implemented a fix that is now live on both platforms. This update is now in place (you will not be prompted to download anything, but you may need to restart your game in order for it to take effect).

The update also closes an XP exploit whereby players could trigger empty Gang Hideouts and have them register as complete.

Aj, and one more thing!!! Now, after i downloaded the DLC, when yu are on free roam.... I was trying to call my horse but the horse never comes!!! is so annoying... and I dont see the dots of the other people on hte map... What have you done??!!!

I downloaded new DLC at it seems as though it messed up the game. My game will freeze when loading, this only occurs during multiplayer. My game was fine before downloading this new DLC. Rockstar please look into this problem. Thanks!

Is anyone else having problems with the multiplayer ever since they downloaded today's dlc? It could be coincidence, but I think that this dlc has messed up the game. I hope Rockstar recognizes this issue and puts out an update.

DLC, Sucks so far since it has pretty much ruined the free roam and gang matches its so much lag now.....and the co-op hasnt worked not even once......2 thumbs down so far....they need to fix this quick

WTF!!! Before i downloaded the DLC my game was working good without any problem in any mode.... and now when i download the DLC i have a lot of problems on Free Roam: 1.- I dont see the character of the others players 2.- The game goes too laggy!!!! 3.- Takes a lot of time to join to the multiplayer.... how can happen this stuff after a couple of months of the release??? Im so disappointed... I didnt expect this...

The DLC does not appear in the Playstation Store at this time. Any claims to have the DLC may be false.
