Play 5 New GTA Online: Cunning Stunts Races Today + New Vehicles, Bonuses and More
Today, five new Stunt Races join the roster of GTA Online: Cunning Stunts, taking you and your appetite for high-flying, daring, stunting action everywhere from the peaks of Mount Chiliad to the shores of Vespucci. And next week, the official launch of the Stunt Race Creator tool will harness the talents of the amazing Creator community to usher in a whole new era of player-made mayhem. Check out a brief overview of this week's new Stunt Races below, and read on for details on three new vehicles, this week's bonuses and more.
Chiliad (Super)
Mount Chiliad has inspired artists, hippies and death cults for generations, but until now it's offered precious little for the key Los Santos demographic: reckless Super car enthusiasts. All that changes with this towering Stunt Race over the iconic peak of San Andreas.
H200 (Sport)
After a long day in the office hoping the IT guy won't check your search history, there's nothing more invigorating than the touch of the ocean breeze and the smell of salt water as it washes over a race track and floods your engine. Stunt Race for Sports cars. Pro tip: bring your bikini bottoms.
Over the Bridge (Bike)
Sure, 2000cc superbikes weren't designed to spend this much time flying through the air above industrial docklands, but every step of evolutionary progress is tough on the pioneers. Jump-heavy Point to Point Stunt Race.
Vespucci (Super)
The Los Santos coastline is about so much more than golden sand, contaminated water and steroid abuse. It's also a perfect backdrop for laps of a winding Stunt Race where any mistake will send you and your million dollar Super car to the bottom of the sea. Hey, it beats the Ferris wheel.
The Wave (Bike)
Who said you have to venture out into the middle of the Pacific in a force ten gale to feel so seasick you want to die? That special inside-out feeling is available right here on this coastal Stunt Race for Bikes.
NEW VEHICLES: BRAVADO SPRUNK BUFFALO, MTL DUNE & VAPID CONTENDER
Three new vehicles, the Bravado Sprunk Buffalo, MTL Dune and Vapid Contender, have also been added to GTA Online today. Tackle Stunt Races with Sprunk guzzling pride in the branded livery-clad Buffalo, or dial up your friends at Pegasus to motor through the Blaine County off-road in the MTL Dune. The Contender offers formidable size and balanced suspension to tackle a variety of terrains - an asset for active Executives and VIPs.
PREMIUM RACE: H200 (Friday 7/29 - Sunday 7/31)
This weekend's Premium Race is the new "H200" Stunt Race for Sports class cars. Ante up and try to take down all comers in a mad dash for that GTA$100,000 top prize.
BONUSES: DOUBLE GTA$ & RP PLAYLIST, FREE GOLD JUMPSUIT & MORE
From Wednesday July 27th through Friday July 29th, ALL Stunts Series Races will dish out Double GTA$ and RP. In addition to being accessible from the pink Stunt Series blips on the map, you can jump into the Stunt Series directly right on the GTAV loading screen. High rollers, keep an eye out for a Premium Race this weekend, where you can ante up and try to take down all comers in a mad dash for that GTA$100,000 top prize.
You can add to your racing wardrobe this week with the flamboyant Gold Jumpsuit, available just by logging in to GTA Online at any point between now and Monday, August 1st. Add some color to your fleet with 20% off all vehicle Resprays and Neons. And for those who like to grab sustained air-based transportation, the Buckingham Nimbus Jet and Volatus helicopter are both 30% off at Elitás Travel.

- 6 days, 8 hours agogiven that on the pc you can use a certain extra to access the new vehicles in singleplayer ... all I can say is that some of the new vehicles are vastly overpriced and not worth the actual in game cash.

- 6 days, 9 hours ago@BigDaddyNiblet Wait for the newswire or the actual DLC then you'll get ya answers as anything else will be just rumour or hearsay, create 2nd character then you can store 50 cars more, look in to it as a lot of players have 2nd character for racing etc. and use the 1st for other fun.

- 6 days, 8 hours ago@big_1989_bh You do realise that 2nd character shares bank with 1st, and race wins. with all the jobs and events on here it'll be easy to rank up a few levels, character 2 only needs to buy property and only race cars, then play that one for racing, then back to you're 1st for anything else. it's not too involved but again it's up to you man as some realise it's easy so why not hey as it free's up space, I mean I know when I fancy racing or heisting or whatever I wanna do and switching tales a min or 2 so make a brew while doing so, easy peasy... 100 cars if want.

- 6 days, 7 hours ago@Pascal78G No, plank, character 1 has everything you could want for all that and more, character 2 only has race cars and the garages to store them, maybe an outfit or 2 and a few guns, that's it. character 1 can have the odd car that is in 2nd's garage too but for the sake of jobs and fun character 1 has it all and is ya number one choice, then when fancy racing switch over, again it's a choice so it's up to you but this is what R* themselves posted a short while back so I COULD be the way forward. just be a little organised and ya set.
- 6 days ago@KWF1981 I don't plan what I'm gonna do when I play gta, I play with a group and usually just pick missions, races and deathmatches etc from the job vote screen if I had a second character just for racing I'd have to keep going back to freemode all night long switching characters. I'd either miss out on half the jobs my friends played or have to keep asking them to wait for me. It would get very annoying. So it's not for me I'd rather they just gave us more garage space for our 1strip characters.

- 5 days, 17 hours ago@big_1989_bh Fair enough points i guess, my thinking mainly is that if 30 in the lobby and all got the 50 cars we can own at the moment the game can take a bit to load in now, that's 1500 cars potentially in one lobby it could be just too much to do. I'm not sure just my guess as to why they mentioned it before in case that is what has to happen in future. We'll see soon.
- 6 days, 9 hours agoCheers R* for dealing a real blow to the creator community today giving 50 extra prop spaces to the stunt race creator but no other category, giving stunt race creator all the new props, still not adding the musket and ultimately still not fixed the prop placement after you broke it with the last patch update. You guys ;) lmao

- 6 days, 9 hours ago@monkey0141 Stop trolling, the extra 50 props, the new stunt props & prop snapping are all available in Gta race mode. I'm editing a Gta race I made months ago with all of these new features right now. The only thing they haven't done is fix the prop dropping when you place the old props which is easy to work around & the stunt props aren't dropping which is a relief! Nice trolling though, you had me going for a minute! XD
- 6 days, 9 hours ago@monkey0141 No!, no musket. only there if had been bought DURING the DLC. believe me as one of the 1st things I did was get every weapon when I transferred. seriously man, it's not there. Creator wise, I have no clue or preference to what comes or is there as it's not for me, not saying there's no good player made stuff, there is, it's just for every good/well made player created job there's loads of grind machines out there made by kids, noobs and weak players that it's hard to tell, so I just flat avoid anything that R* hasn't verified or created as they at least offer anyone a chance to win if they decide to host it right, ie: non-custom if not got, or forced & pickups rather than owned if low level etc. anyway I ramble, I love the game, glad I switched as made 5 mil this week alone, happy days! hopefully something good hidden in today's DLC...

Some of it awesome to see the amount of props in the stunt race creator just seems a shame if someone wants to create a road race with nice tarmac it has to be in the stunt category, not that I want to see parkour super boost jumps lol

- 6 days, 9 hours ago@monkey0141 Maybe you bought it during one of the independence day DLC's as it has been released 2 or 3 times now, also modders like to drop weapons during fights so that's a possibility, not saying you mod BTW, just it's would be easy to get given one without knowing is all.

You can either make a stunt race & use Gta race as an option or if you just choose to make a Gta race as usual the new props are there, I'm doing it right now! :) You were right about all other modes like DM,capture & last team standing can't use the new props! I'm o.k as I only make Gta races but R* have massively dropped the ball here & like you say have stifled creativity! BAD R*! Hopefully they'll add it across the other modes when they fix the old props dropping issue & soon!

I guess though this is why the release games that aren't fully completed to get player feed back and improve?

- 6 days, 8 hours ago@monkey0141 I do fully agree that they are halting some creativity with the restrictions you guys are mentioning but I think R* just playing safe, I think if all was unlimited in creator then some planks will find ways to create things that'll surely have a negative effect on the servers or even break the game, unfortunately those players still play. but here's hoping some good cool races come of it as i'd like to do some with no contact just to see if i'm quick enough rather than it being a potshot in the first 2 corners, again they can be fun if ya go into them with low expectations and be aggressive. having fun is key, whatever ya do and i'm loving it, mostly been playing solo too so can only imagine with the right guys it'll get bigger & better for me, happy days!

I think R* trying to allow players to create that are good, but also stop kids making the ridiculous stuff. the speeds we get on these races now may be a strain on the servers as is let alone some of the things they make, maybe i'm off but again I don't fully get the creator so wouldn't know, just a guess.

Your right to, just made a second character and checked definitely not there. Shame should totally add it in but I will always stand by my statement of all world problems would be solved if they added a mounted machine gun on the crop duster aha.
- 6 days, 8 hours ago@monkey0141 Hey, whatever they do or don't these days R* are damned and praised in equal measures. , me I love it and am having fun, not many games catch hold of me like this has, San Andreas & Red Dead and thinking of it, most any R* game so far, hours on III & Vice City too. who'd of thought 3 years ago when it first came we'd still be getting big, fresh and fun DLC for free (OK, PSN/Xlive etc.) great times and roll on, Red Dead 2, GTA VI? future looks good if this is what's to grow on.

Just always bugs me when I play a game and it has bugs, unless it's a Bethesda game then you kind of expect it lol. love to see gta run as smoothly as it once did though, always going to be a uphill battle when its tied in to the internet and all the modders, hackers and the problems with this mythical unlimited broadband the go hand in hand with that haha

I might have been blind and missed it before, but I swear it used to be shut has sign that says (resricted area no addmitance authorized personel only) and has some steaming pipes in there, I hope this is new and leads to another easter egg!
