Grand Theft Auto V Coming this Fall to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC

Today we're proud to announce that the critically-acclaimed and record-breaking Grand Theft Auto V is coming this fall to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Grand Theft Auto V will take full advantage of the power of the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with across-the-board graphical and technical improvements to deliver a stunning new level of detail. Increased draw distances, finer texture details, denser traffic, and enhanced resolutions all work together to bring new life to the cities, towns, deserts and oceans of Rockstar North’s epic reimagining of Southern California.

Switch between the interconnected lives of Michael, Trevor and Franklin as they embark on a series of heists across Los Santos and Blaine County in the biggest, deepest and richest open world experience yet, with game world enhancements that include new wildlife, upgraded weather and damage effects, and an array of new details to discover.

The new generation upgrades also extend to Grand Theft Auto Online, an ever-evolving Grand Theft Auto universe. Rise through the criminal ranks by banding together to complete Jobs for cash, purchase properties, vehicles and character upgrades, compete in traditional competitive modes, or create your own content to play and share with the Grand Theft Auto community.

All new content and gameplay created since the launch of Grand Theft Auto Online, including an extensive array of new Jobs, an arsenal of new weapons, scores of new vehicles, new properties and player customizations will also be available for the PlayStation 4 system, Xbox One and PC with much more to come. In addition, the current community of players will have the ability to transfer their Grand Theft Auto Online characters and progression to their choice of PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC.
Grand Theft Auto V for PC will also feature a video editor designed for advanced movie-making.

Check out the new video that debuted tonight during Sony's E3 press conference above, and visit to pre-order.

@havoc1313 Delay was started by a non-sense post by CVG (Only Speculation on Facts) then it got fueled by every1 who writes on the internet about games hopefully we will see the game in Fall 2014 correctly Fall starts on Sep 22 and ends Dec 21 so Rockstar has a whole month to advertise and give info so just keep calm and wait for any news don't runs your mind horses. If it gets delayed look for Rockstar's - Twiiter , Facebook and Newswire pages for Proper Announcement with Facts Ty

I ordered my PC game back in June when they first went up on Amazon, I know alot of people are waiting for the Steam version to come out but I think that is going to be much more expenisve than the Amazon version (£35).

I have been looking forward to this game for so long and it is getting really bad with no release dates I know the end of 2014 release dates are just place holders but this is just getting annoying.

I think November is going to be the actual release of the game it better not be December we have been waiting long enough.

Some of my friends are worried that if you get the game on steam tho you wont be able to play with other people who get hard copies I assume that is wrong as it is the social club which the online is used with?

Quick question to anyone reading this; will we be able to transfer our accounts onto a different platform? I currently play on Xbox 360, but I plan on getting a PlayStation 4, so will I be able to transfer my data over to that console? (Basically I am asking if our accounts are cross compatible when transferring)

@TheItalianDude I think this will answer your question best:

Rockstars Support Twitter Page just confirmed, that GTA V will arrive in Fall to PC/XONE/PS4. So there won't be a delay! In fact, why should there be a delay? :) Anyway, I'm very very glad. You guys, too?

Why we don't get any information is because they have too much to do right now.. please understand that they are very busy building for 3 different stations. Both PC , Xbox one and Ps4, chill out guys.

The New-Gen versions of GTA V have long been in development(as early as 2012) and were being developed alongside the PS3/360 versions. The New-Gen versions are not/being delayed.
