As of now they have been aware of it for over 2 months.
No updates, no ETA, not even a warning where it's sold that it just doesn't work and has not for quite awhile.
As it stands my impression is that Rockstar just wanted to see if they could fast-track mac users for the extra buck.
Nice little scam job they have running.
Expected more from them because of their history with the GTA series. I used to think highly of them.

Bought the game through Steam, neither them or Rockstar told me that the game wouldn't play after downloading 30Gigabytes full of CRAP and paying 30 dollars for it. If the game is not working get it out of circulation until it's solved and don't piss people over. Then this companies go and cry out loud about games being pirated, why pay if you don't even bother to solve a huge f*ckup like this. Just perfect F*cktar, you just outdone yourself big time.
DON'T BUY THIS GAME. ITS 30GB full of headaches, and also It's a Cyder Port, which will run crappy on your Mac.

(when you hit play the max payne 3 logo appears on the dock and goes away)

My questions to anyone with the answers are: I am sick of getting killed by players online wearing bombsuits, they seem to give those players an edge over everyone else. In a nutshell - can anyone tell me what is so special about the bombsuits - like, what exactly are they good for (obviously protection from grenades) - and are they worth purchasing?
Also, can anyone tell me what DLC weapons are worth buying too?
