Grand Theft Auto V Is Coming 9.17.2013
Dear all,
Today, we have an official release date to share with you: Grand Theft Auto V will arrive in stores on September 17, 2013.
We know this is about four months later than originally planned and we know that this short delay will come as a disappointment to many of you, but, trust us, it will be worth the extra time. GTAV is a massively ambitious and complex game and it simply needs a little more polish to be of the standard we and, more importantly, you require.
To all Grand Theft Auto fans, please accept our apologies for the delay, and our promise that the entire team here is working very hard to make the game all it can be. We are doing all we can to help ensure it will meet if not exceed your expectations come September – we thank you for your support and patience.

To those of you saying or seeing various conspiracy theories about there being some other ulterior motive for this delay, rest assured that they’re all nonsense – literally the only reason we’ve delayed the release is because we want the game to be as good as it needs to be.

Also, I warn Microsoft that hackers are still taking apart their xbox 360 to hot swap modded disc and some of them tend to us a Jay tag that allow hackers to mod the game fast with out hotswapping. I told Microsoft that they need to remove the install games off the xbox 360 server, because if they don't remove it, there will be hackers coming in the game 24/7 nonstop. How I did I know all of this, is because I use to be one of them, I learn and experience what modding is like on GTA IV, and it didn't like it. I decided to come forward, because I notice every single modders out there are a real prick, by harrassing me and my friends, such as freezing my xbox 360 more than a hundred times which start to really piss me off. I came on the site and notice almost all of you gamers have no idea how hackers modded rockstargames. Maybe some of you are keeping a secret, but it not a secret to me anymore. Because I'm sick of it, but why was I a modder in the past for GTA IV, was because I wanted to defend myself on xbox live against real --- modders who tend to f**k with me all the time. I realize microsoft fail to listen to me, fail to lend me a hand and help me back up to develope bettering gaming and keep d**k heads out of the game with modders that contain bad people with bad attitude. My experience of being a modder was alot of fun, but it started to get bored very fast, but they did provided tons of different mods with different mod menus which really boost up a lot of hackers to keep on modding and hotswapping their games on the xbox 360 gaming install. The moddification of GTA IV gave the player to gain access by being able to turn into a police officer, swat guy, military guy that never been seen before in GTA IV, but I can tell you this my freind, it was a hell lot of fun. I changed my guy into a cop, spawned me a black police offficer car and changed my vinyal line white. I also had nitros that boosted my car to chase people real fast, and trust me dude, it was fun. I made him pull over while I was playing mulitiplayer, and he was surprise that I was a police officer in the game for the first time. But sadly, I do want to go on about this, but i know most of you don't support mods, but the sad news is I was the best modder around always staying positive in the game and being proud of who I am, by giving people a cop car and a job for them to enjoy by building a police crew and chasing criminals online that got a big mouth, then all of the suddenly, Microsoft decided to move in on me, and decided to ban my account for the rest of my life, for the use of modication. I was piss. Instead of getting piss off about it. I decided to step up to the plate and be honest to the public about what going on, because I truley want this game to be great, and yes I agree there should be no mods, as long as rockstargames can get their ass up and allow us to be able to turn into a police officer or swat guy, an army guy you name it son. Give us two mod menu that will allow us to spawn a car right on the spot, and open up another mod menu to be able to turn into anybody we wanna be. I'm sick of being the same charactor like everyone else in my game. It time to kick the door down and tell it to the rockstargames.Hopefully it won't be modded again as long as they give us everything we need. No more bulls**t.

Well, when they need that to play a game, they will see that it's not that fun as it will
be when you are playing on the same level like all. I think it would be a good idear
to create your own character in the multiplayer, but that won't stop a modder to cheat
and hack the game if he could. If there are modders who play like you in the past
(code up to a policeman and car with nitro) it's funny and I maybe don't leave the
lobby, but I will leave/change it when there are modders who needs and advantage
to be better than all, like god mode and stuff. I hate that and they can't play fair and I
am always for fairplay.
Please do this in the GTA V.

Liberty City Stories sold 7 million copies on the PSP and thats not even including downloads via ps store...
I feel a little left out as a fan the demo could have been released on rockstars website & youtube allowing everyone to talk about it. Love all R*'s Games Looking forward to gta 5.
I think you should release the demo before more people have it described to them in ridiculous detail ruining many of the surprises
GTA IV was like GTA III just a mirror of New York, in a little different to the
real city, more a honoring. When you don't like GTA Liberty City, you never
where in New york I guess. I luv GTA IV and also TBOGT and TLAD. But
everyone got an own opinion and if you ask me GTA is the best, but that's
just my opinion.
GTA V will not only be the best GTA ever, no no no, it will be the best game of
2013 and of the current consoles!
