Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Coming to PSN Next Week

Ever since the releases of San Andreas for PSN and Vice City for iOS and Android, we've received more than a few requests from the community wondering when they'd be able to touch down at Escobar International and return to the neon-lit streets and sun-splashed shores of Ocean Beach on their PS3s. Today, we can confirm that it won't be long now...
 
The original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will arrive for download on PlayStation Network next week as part of their PS2 Classics collection - on Tuesday, January 29th in North America and Wednesday January 30th in Europe, for $9.99 / €9.99 / £7.99.
 
Stay tuned for more classic Rockstar titles coming for download to PSN in the weeks and months ahead.

            hello RockstarGames,

            please read this message and reply, please please read this message. and please add these ideas/suggestions to Grand Theft Auto V:

            1. First Person Driving view: if you press select (for changing the view) that you can switch to first person driving view. with realistic details in car, realistic gear handeling, traffic indicator for if you go to the left or right etc.
            2. Flying Bodyparts: if there are high explosions, then the bodyparts of civilians or the police fly off. like in real 18+ games (but not your own bodyparts, only the one of the AI in the game)

            3. Machete knife of other long knifes: just like in Gta 3. in that game you had a samurai sword so that you could cut the bodyparts off of the AI. please bring this back in Gta V

            4. finishing moves: that you can finish AI with an special move (i mean with the knifes) like in the AC and the Mortal Kombat games.

            5. brake your bones: if you fall from something high, that you can brake your bones. and you must call 911 and then the ambulance picks you up, an then says the game ''a few hours later...'' and then you are operated and you can go back on the street. and you can brake your bones in high car crashes.

            6. hand bow and crossbow: please bring this weapons in Gta V that would be really cool. but the AI must not die from one arrow, no they still have to wankle before they die unfortenly.

            7. flying passenger planes

            8. flying into buildings: with helicopters, jets and other planes. if you want to crash into a building that you can crash in it and that the building will collapse/have heavy damage

                WOW i just dream that i go to a local game store and i saw gta 3 vice city san andreas vice city stories and liberty city stories in one disc for ps3 and then i woke up rockstar if you read this can u please considere to do that? someday

                    Does Rockstar have plans to release some more of their original music made for Vice City on iTunes?

                    Some suggestions:

                    - The Bull is Wrong by Stuart Ross (Alpha Banditos), Rockstar North
                    - Yo Te Miré by Craig Conner (Tres Apenas Como Eso), Rockstar North
                    - La Vida Es Una Lenteja by Craig Conner (Unaesta), Rockstar North
                    - The Vice City theme by Lex Horton
                    - The Vice City credits song
                    - The track that plays during the drug deal ambush in the beginning (sounds very Jan Hammer like, great tune)

                      I just bought This game from the store! Thank You so much Rockstar for bringing this title to the store! Its frustrating,because the thought of never ever being able to play this game was a worry for me! Now I dont have to worry :D Am I sad ? Dreaming of playing this on my ps3 lol ? I prey Manhunt 1 gets brought to the store.But only time will tell with that :D

                        @mrpedigree Me to But I have asked,them and they want say.For now I will believe it want ever,see the light of day on psn! Because it will cause drama,with people! It is annoying because,you don't even kill innocent people.They r psychopathic killers.And they a not exactly handsome people,you kill.They r terrifying lol. I didn't care for manhunt 2.The first one was amazing.

                      Rockstar, may I ask what the technical issues are that stop Xbox users from getting Vice City and III for the XBL marketplace ?

                      It doesn't really bother me too much as I have a disk version of Vice City but I'm just curious.

                        Oh :( I can't seem to find Vice City on Xbox, only the trilogy on Amazon but I already have San andreas.

                          @Joef360 Sorry mate, they said the couldn't bring GTA VC and GTA 3 to XBOX live like GTA SA.
                          PS3 FTW!
                          So you have to buy GTA the Triology on Amazone like you said,
                          you buy a XBOX (not XBOX 360) and buy it for this console,
                          you buy it on PC or
                          you buy a PS3 and download it from the PSN.

                        Downloading it right now :D Oh man! I cant wait to replay this amazing game again. I have so many awesome memories playing this game.

                        I think its been 5 years since i played it last time becuse thats when my PS2 broke down. But now when you amazing people over at Rockstar games has released it for PS3 iam now able to replay it again.
