Max Payne 3 DLC: FREE Disorganized Crime Pack Coming this August Plus Details on Additional Future Packs
As mentioned earlier today, here's the latest update on our plans for Max Payne 3 DLC through the summer and fall. In addition to the FREE Disorganized Crime Pack coming this August, we've consolidated the content from the remaining five packs into three larger packs, with the content from the previously announced New York Minute Co-Op Pack and Trickle Down Economics Map Pack now spread across these upcoming releases. The Co-Op content originally planned for the New York Minute Pack has been integrated into the Deathmatch Made In Heaven Pack. Check out the full release schedule below:
- Disorganized Crime Pack: August [Free]
- Hostage Negotiation Map Pack: September [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $9.99 (PlayStation Network and PC)]
- Painful Memories Map Pack: October [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $9.99 (PlayStation Network and PC)]
- Deathmatch Made In Heaven Mode Pack: October [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $9.99 (PlayStation Network and PC)]
The free Disorganized Crime Pack for Max Payne 3 lets you battle above the streets surrounding Max’s old apartment in the new Hoboken Rooftops multiplayer map. This pack also includes several new modifiers for Score Attack in Arcade Mode including Explosive Rounds where all your bullets detonate on impact, Lone Wolf AI for much more aggressive enemies and Headshots Only where the only way to kill your enemies is with a bullet in the head.
Owners of the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass still gain access to all Max Payne 3 DLC at a 35% savings over the cost of purchasing individual packs. The Rockstar Pass is available now for the one-time cost of 2400 MS Points on Xbox LIVE or $29.99 on PlayStation Network and PC.

Because since you changed it bouth guns became useless. When the m4 was released it was the best gun, good range, good damage, you could kill a player 30 meters away with like 10, 15 bullets, NOW you can shot 40 plus bullets at someone within 10 meters of you and the other guy will still kill u with any of the other rifles, since u guys upgraded the AK47 i'm just asking PLEASE put the M4 back the way it was before when it was release, i'm not asking to change the gun, i'm just asking, LET IT THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE . - on September 29 2012, 6:00pmI am having the same problem as @magicaldog , I keep downloading the disorganized crime pack, and it installs perfectly, because when I go on Private Match to check the map list, Rooftops appears, and probably the Arcade stuff is there also, but when I go to the Pass check-up list, the pack appears as if I haven't downloaded it yet :S. Its a problem for me because I don't really know if I have the stuff I downloaded unless I got check on every section of the game to see if it's there. I think it's unfair, and I hope this doesn't keep happening with the dlc to come.

- on September 1 2012, 8:46pmNo matter what I do the new free DLC Disorganized Crime wont install on my PS3 Slim.
I have removed all + 5 GB and reinstalled it twice.
When I click the download icon everything seems normal and it download the DLC and then it installs.
But the download icon does not change to the check off icon like on the other DLC's.
I have the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass
I don't want to remove the game data 111 kb which means I will lose all progress !

We need the patch as connectivity is almost unbearable at this point...you want us to crew up and play with friends, but unfortunately that is very tedious and frustrating as joining games and staying in them is a chore.

I wish i could go back in time and not have purchased the season pass . Summer is almost OVER and we have gotten 1 pack . Totally lackluster, and disappointing people who actually support there products . we were promised all of this content and gotten barely anything. God I can only imaging being a PC player... they only just got Local Justice a WEEK AGO SMH .
