The final chapter in the 3-part Max Payne 3 Comic Series produced by Marvel is now available as a free download from the Max Payne 3 website.

Issue #3: "Fight and Flight" brings Max's story full circle, revealing more about his days as a young cadet and aspiring police officer, his early successes on the force, and ultimately to the events that led to his chance meeting with Passos in Walton's Bar during Chapter 4 of Max Payne 3.

"Fight and Flight" is written by Dan Houser and Remedy's Sam Lake, and features pencils and inks by Fernando Blanco.

If you need to get up to speed on the previous issues, you can check them all out at www.rockstargames.com/maxpayne3/comics or pick them up for your iPhone, iPad or Android device through iTunes, ComiXology and ComicsPlus.

    Rockstar, I think you should make comic book series for your other games such as the GTA series, as well as Red Dead Redemption. That would be great.

      @vivaGTA Cheers for the suggestion

    hey R* will you ever make another comic book series? also would you ever consider making a comic book series of one of your video games?
    • R* Yon December 11 2012, 3:05pmReply
      @Fanrific Thanks for the suggestion. We usually don't pre-announce in comments when we're going to be doing things like comic books. This doesn't mean we are or aren't planning on doing more comic books, but rather that we're open to all possibilities when it comes to our games that will be released in the future.

          @ When will all three be made into one graphic novel?
      • fourthcitysainton July 25 2012, 10:38pmReply
        Awesome! Enjoyed the game and the comic! The if there is a next chapter in Max's life, a comic or game, maybe we'll see the De Marco family again an already established plot right there. Overall loved it!

          Please sell these. I hit my local comic bookshop every week and ask if they have gotten in the Marvel Max Payne comics until I read your post about the comics being promotional only. I am a die hard Rockstar fan and a die hard comic book fan. Please release these. pretty please.

            The guido stereotypes and best friend thing is a little cheesy. But all-in-all a good read and admirable character.

                    @ Will the issues be available on the warehouse to buy? And will you do hardback copies?
                  • R* Aon July 15 2012, 10:45amReply
                    @iLewisGTA As we said in last week's Asked & Answered, the issues themselves are for promotional use only - but we are investigating making a special graphic novel edition of all 3 in one for purchase. If that winds up happening, we will confirm here at the Newswire. Thank you.

                    OKAY! Just saw a trailer for the movie GET THE GRINGO. Complete spinoff of Max Payne 3. Just like Gangster Squad with LA Noire. Crazy how R* inspires movies.
