Max Payne 3 Local Justice Pack Now Available

Update: The Local Justice Pack is now available on the PlayStation Network in North America and Europe.
 
The Local Justice Pack, the first downloadable content pack for Max Payne 3, is now available for download worldwide on Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network in North America (PS3 players in Europe, look for it to launch tomorrow when the European PlayStation Store updates). 
 
This pack includes three new maps for Max Payne 3 Multiplayer based on areas from the game’s intense final chapters (The Imperial Palace, Departure Lounge and 55th Battalion HQ), the new M4 Assault Rifle and attachments, the Light Fingers Item for faster looting, a new São Paulo Police multiplayer faction and associated new Achievements and Trophies.
 
The Local Justice Pack will be available for one week only at a discounted price of 480 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $5.99 on PSN. The Pack will then return to its normal price of 640 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $7.99 on PSN. Players who purchased the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass will receive the pack free of charge. The Rockstar Pass is currently available for 2400 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or $29.99 on PSN.
 
Additionally, all the Max Payne 3 pre-order and retail DLC is now available for purchase, including:
 
  • Cemetery Map – Multiplayer map with a wintry New York City skyline, sniping positions amongst the monuments, destructible tombstones, and a looming mausoleum: 160 Microsoft Points / $1.99 PSN
  • Silent Killer Loadout Pack – Includes the Light Anti-Tank Weapon, the Slippery Character Burst to quickly escape a firefight, and the Listening Device Item that amplifies player hearing: 160 Microsoft Points / $1.99 PSN
  • Pill Bottle Item – Allows players to carry more painkillers in multiplayer: 80 Microsoft Points / $0.99 PSN
  • Deadly Force Burst – Grants extra stopping power with higher damage bullets in multiplayer: 80 Microsoft Points / $0.99 PSN
  • Classic Max Payne Character – Multiplayer avatar inspired by the original Max Payne: 80 Microsoft Points / $0.99 PSN
 
The Local Justice Pack plus pre-order and retail DLC will be available for the PC on July 17th.

      @R* , In Max Payne 3 It shows a chrome camo next to the gold camo, but when i want to click the chrome camo it says "unlock via social club".Then i go to social club and it doesnt show anything about the camo. Where/How Do I Get The Chrome Camo?

        Gow-Aries1 is a cheater and a serious spawn camper on Max Payne 3 for the Playstation 3. This --- uses a modded PS3 console with an aimbot and a modified controller. He can usually be found spawn camping hardcore with his girlfriend christ-3-16. That is if they are on the same team. Their cheap gaming tactics really become clear when they are on opposite teams. One of them spawn camps hardcore getting all the kills while the other one takes multiple kills leaving his team at a severe disadvantage. Its ---es like Gow-Aries1 and christ-3-16 that are ruining the multiplayer aspect of Max Payne 3.

        Please tell me that it's just a time Zone quirk and that I'll be able to start dishing out some "Local Justice" soon... I got my code to unlock the new DLC (for PC) the other day, but so far every time I try using the Store to redeem the code, it says that it's invalid!!! After waiting so long, it make's me real sad - "what's a girl to do"? I can't play with people who have the DLC already, because sooner or later they'll go to one of the new maps and leave me behind... all alone (sniff)! I sent details of the problem to Rockstar support, hours ago, with no joy yet. Is there anyone else, who pre-ordered the Game through EB-Games Australia, who is having the same problem?

          I think you guys should make an announcement explaining why the DLC has been delayed for PC. I heard one of your studios, the one working on Max Payne 3, got or is getting shut down and consolidated with another studio. That's the cause for the delay, I'm guessing. People will be more understanding once they know that kind of information. That would be especially helpful considering a lot of people bought the passes. It's not like other games where you have to buy it only when each DLC is released. I'm sorry your studio got closed down, I hope no one had to lose their job because of it. Moving is never an easy thing.

            Still no news on the PC release? Rockstar do you guys think this is fair for Rockstar Pass holders? We paid the same amount as the console players and right now it feel like a waste of money and that you guys arn't paying attention to keeping your promise held to PC Players.

                  This is seriously fraud! We are getting this DLC 2 weeks after PS3 and XBOX360 and still we have to wait a couple of WEEKS?!? Can I get my money back please? I have supported Rockstar so much and this is what i get back.

                  My god guys.. you are 4 days LATE!. There is something you all must know.                   Hey Rockstar, I pre-ordered the game at "GAME" this is in France, and I still havent gotten my code for the first dlc. Please Help me with this problem, I have played almost all of your games and love them all, but this is the first time I have gotten frustrated with Rockstar Games .
