Today, you can download Max Payne 3: The Official Soundtrack on iTunes.

The original soundtrack for Max Payne 3 is composed by HEALTH, the L.A. noise band whose non-symmetrical sounds have garnered critical acclaim from the music press and fans around the world. Mixing their signature percussive undertones and synth effects, HEALTH has created a dark and driving soundscape that perfectly reflect Max’s blurred and frayed mental state. HEALTH discard conventional balanced compositions and inject their signature melancholy noise pop into a score that helps propel Max as he transitions between his dark present and tragic past, giving each their own distinctive feel, while staying true to the heavy atmosphere of the Max Payne series.

The Official Soundtrack also includes Emicida's "9 Circulos" as a special bonus track - a powerful and socially conscious original song created by the acclaimed Brazilian MC especially for Max Payne 3.

            I was wondering if anyone could help or atleast give me a answer or solution to my problem.
            So I pre-ordered the special edition Max Payne 3 and recieved the code for the original soundtrack,
            I entered the code before I moved out and was going to download the soundtrack at my new place
            once the internet was hooked up. unfortunatley that's been two weeks now and I've been trying all morning.
            The email I got from the code is there but the link opens a blank page.
            Can anyone give me help with this?

              @MRST3W I have the same issue and thought it was due to it being in the junk folder, but it wasn't the case. I hope Rockstar gives us some info on what to do.

            Hi rockstar i got my special edition max payne 3 with the soundtrack download code put it in but i didn't receive any email with a comfimation code, in fact I didn't get an email at all please help?????????????

              So now I'm rather intrigued having read the list of other songs that were used in the game but not on the Official Soundtrack; how far does R*'s licensing of those songs extend? Would it be possible to see an extended soundtrack at some point with the other music included as well? As a completest I think it would be awesome; I've looked to see if many of the songs are downloadable as singles but most are not, sadly...

                Ye, at least I've unboxed the special edition by now :) The Max statue is the highlight. Lookin' pretty cool in my Rockstar Games showcase. Looking foward to start playin' in three weeks time or so. Cheers. For now I enjoy the OST!

                        Great work the music takes you on a nice trip.
                        Max panama torture and combat drugs are my fav.

                          Anyone know which of these is the score used for Chapter 3 from between when you leave the Dr Office to about the first sniper encounter? That's the most intense musical part of the game and I can't seem to find it on the soundtrack
