While in Armadillo, find the wanted poster for Mo Van Barr, accept the Bounty Hunting mission, and bring this notorious member of the Walton Gang to justice, dead or alive.


Solve the mystery of the missing townsfolk
People have been disappearing for weeks from the outskirts of Armadillo. Track down the clues, solve the mystery and live to tell the tale.


Search Coot's Chapel
Find the ruins of Coot's Chapel in the wilds of Cholla Springs, and search for treasure.


Complete the Twin Rocks hideout
Find the legendary criminal hideout of Twin Rocks, located North of the town of Armadillo to complete this final challenge.

        I love RDR, but I do have 1 complaint. I don't think it's fair to the rest of us that the Deadly Assassin's outfit is available to only those that pre-ordered the game. Those of us that can't get the outfit have no way of defending ourselves against those that do have it. It just isn't right. If anything, make it available via more work.. double the work if you have to. At least, that way, we will be able to defend ourselves against those that have the outfit. Other than that, thank you for another great game!

          I got the Limited Edition and couldn't wait for the extra dlc but the MO VAN BARR challenge is bugged. I dont seem to be having the same problem as everyone else where he doesn't appear in armadillo, I can accept the bounty just fine. Its when I actually capture or kill him and complete the bounty it doesn't tick off the challenge for the deadly assassin outfit. So basically I can do the bounty but it doesn't complete the outfit. I payed good money just like everyone else for this dlc and I expect it to work. ROCKSTAR instead of only taking note of your site problems howabouyt give a word to the people with the GAME problems? Help/support and customer service is diabloical.

            I have this version of the Special Edition, and the outfit has never worked. It tells me with a message in game I've unlocked it, it tells me on the Downloadable Content screen I have it installed, and the outfit requirements page has never showed up. It isn't that Van Barr isn't there, the outfit literally does not appear in my outfit list. I've cleared my cache, I've restarted my game, I've done everything suggested, and nothing has worked. Yay for exclusive content, boo for paying for exclusive content and never being able to use it.

              First off Great game. Looks good feels good and muey muey fun. Really only one beef, well two kinda, but one you can help with. The Deadly assassin outfit. Mo Vann Barr bounty wont appear for me im too far into the game to restart and read on other random forums that other ppl are having the same prob. I tried a kind of hot fix posted by what was claimed to be one of your employees on a forum that involved making a new save playin up to the point of the lasso then killing the walton gang guy for the marshel not capturing him then reloading my original save. It was a no go mo vann bar popped on the new save but not the one i had played into a ways. PLEASE RELEASE some kinda update to fix this it you know you can do it and Im sure are looking into it..
              Oh yea WTF ppl you shoulda voted for the hunter outfit. and rockstar how come no warhorse and guns for us violence loving Americans. Keep up the good work Rockstar

                    cant wait for Read dead redemption... sad the the release date was cut back to may 18

                        Question- are there in game chalenges to unlock the golden gun and warhorse, and can you lose them or store the like puting the horse in a stable and the gun in your luggage for example, because teir is not point getting the golden gun for example if you have to replace it for a mission and lose it because of this plus i would like the option to use the extras or not without losing them.

                                        Looking forward to the `inventions` article. The aeroplane was invented around the time of RDR, I hope we`ll something like the Bleriot Monoplane, which Texan LL "Shorty" Walker replicated and flew over the state in Sep 1910
