Grand Theft Auto IV PC Title Update Five Available Now on Games for Windows LIVE
Title update five (version number 1.0.0.4) for Grand Theft Auto IV PC is currently available on Games for Windows LIVE. This update addresses the following:
GENERAL:
- Converts all region SKUs into the same SKU
- Includes support for all languages within single .exe
CONTROLS:
- Allows controls to be double mapped on keyboard
- Adds option in controls menu to disable mouse controls in helicopters
- Adjusts keyboard control sensitivity in hood cam view in vehicles
MULTIPLAYER:
- Security Updates to deter cheating in multiplayer
- Hosts can now immediately Kick users from their games in Lobby and in game via Cell phone without having to rely on peer voting
- Fixes a bug in Cops 'n Crooks mode where Host would drop out and prevent remaining players from leaving game
You will be prompted to download and install the update when signing into LIVE. The update can also be downloaded at http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/patch/index.html and then manually installed.

You've avoided answering the big question now longer than Michael Howard to the infamous Paxman "did you threaten to over-rule him?" challenge. The TLAD achievements are a proverbial big white elephant in GFWL.
I expect that you can't answer for legal reasons - but a word of advice. I think we all would have appreciated a subtle an clever hint that TLAD was coming to the PC a couple of weeks ahead of making an official announcement. However, to drop a big one and deny it ever happened for over two months is a bit ridiculous. You can only tease the consumer so far before they start getting annoyed.
Don't me wrong, GTA IV is still fantastic on the PC inspite of the bugs - and I for one do appreciate the efforts to fix them, even though they have only been partially successful. This is no excuse however for some rather sloppy PR.
However, patch 1.0.0.4 brought some minor shadow issues and other occasional graphic glitches that were not in previous release and that I’m sure R* is aware of. At lease it does not make the game crash.
Over all I’m a very happy camper with GTA IV from the date of its release till now but it sure would be nice if the issues in 1.0.0.4 would be fixed IF R* and/or MicroSchmuck should decide to make The Lost and Damned available for PCs. I will be one of these geeks camping outside the store in -30 °C on the eve of the release.

i told him to buy me the game and he did and he sent to me the Serial number and i activated the game and every thing is great but now it asks for the Original DVD Any Idea's how to fix this Problem !! i really wanna play the game :D thx everyone
And by the way, how about TLAD?
