This newest entry in the Max Payne 3 Original Artwork series is one that North American fans may recognize from the in-depth preview of Max Payne 3 in the current holiday issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine on newsstands now.

    i feel very hot and can literally smell the booze and cigars, i also like the fact that the empty bottle has the brand name of Kong including the sight of the gorillas gnashers. why was Kong used as a brand name in this picture and will there be any references to any other games/movies in Max Payne 3.

                  I really liked all of the artworks from Max Payne 3 so far, but that one is the best yet! You can really see how down Max has gotten, how broken and desperate he is, the expression on his face is so melancholic...Also the reference to Kong Rum from MP1 shows that you're keeping the previous games in mind, I hope to see some of those crazy TV shows from MP1 and 2, like Adress Unknown, d**k Justice or Captain Baseball Bat Boy. Amazing job guys, the artwork is my PC wallpaper already, loved it!

                      @maciej595revan: No screenshots just the same art work we've seen. Again it's a great interview where Dan Houser talks about the script and who he is working with on it, Rockstar's vision and the debate over noir and how James McCaffrey came back in to the fold to reprise his role as Max and unanimous praise from the team for his great voice over work and motion capture scenes.

                            @R: Yeah I have that art book, that was a nice bonus! I wish the special edition of Max Payne 3 had something like but heck, I'd drop cash on a coffee table sized "Making of " book if you guys made it!!

                            The rest of you guys should get the new Game Informer, there's a great 6 page interview with Dan Houser about writing Max Payne 3 and Rockstar's vision for the game. Great read!!
