We've also worked with our traffickers to hustle up some improved shipping rates, both for the U.S. and for international customers, with significantly cheaper shipping to the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Sweden and lots of other territories, now between 15-20% lower on average than our old rates. This is something we're going to be continuing to work on and improve, so rates will get even lower in the coming months as well.

The relaunched Warehouse also features the new Digital Downloads store where you can find a compendium of links to our digital soundtracks, DLC downloads and more, plus enhanced package tracking, Game Series collections, and Social Club member login support so that our best customers can make an easy transaction to get in and out. We've got a lot more in store as well being cooked up in terms of new product, features and shipping so stay tuned.

WHAT THE FUDGE?!!!!!! You just tried to charge me $123 f*&%#ing dollars for shipping!! What the hell dudes. Never buying anything from this site. I shop in the UK and get FREE shipping from some websites even over there. $123 = RIDICULOUS!!!

So, I hate to be a jerk, but...I'm wondering if there's any real reason why shipping charges for customers in the EU seem to be reasonable (at least according to the site) but shipping items to me (in Canada, which is literally neighbouring the US) is ridiculously expensive? Over $30 USD for an order as low as $8.49? Huh?

And it's not like I'm asking for shipping to the BC interior or anything - I live in a suburb of Toronto...hopefully the whole shipping situation is remedied at some point, there's a ton of stuff I'd like to buy (like the soundtracks, maybe a shirt or two, some of the "L.A. Noire" props) but simply can't afford to with such prices.

(The high shipping prices are what prompted me to buy a copy of the "L.A. Noire" score/soundtrack used off eBay...)

This is indeed ridiculous. I contacted Rockstar Warehouse many times saying that I paid 20$ for shipping from their storie in 2010, but for some reason they do not rember offering shipping this cheap, and they cannot find any records of my order.
You would have to be a total idiot to pay 66$ (was 58$ in November) for shipping of any order, even a very expensive one.

Someone from RW told me they were planning on opening a european version of the store in 2012, but considering it is January, I would not expect that to happen anytime soon.

I really do not understand how you can charge so much for shipping. There are so many people who want to buy stuff from you, but they will not. I also want to buy many items, but I would never pay more than 20 $ for shipping this is just nuts. It is a huge loss for you.

These shipping rates are insane, 25 dollar poster and 86.12 dollar for shipping to Europa? set up an European warehouse couse this is un acceptable

Significantly cheaper shipping? ARE YOU KIDDING R*, i put 2 posters and the RDR Card/Dice/Soap pack and it said $66 shipping (Canada), the 3 items in my cart were less then that. Unless i get a promo code for free shipping or you reduce it to real rates i will never buy anything from you.

Ive ordered 3 pairs of shoes that were shipped by DHL Global Mail from the US, shipping was $27.99 (9.99 promo) ans that was a $240 order, Express was 34.99.

Even if i just order the Cards/Dice/Soap pack ($15) shipping is $32.67

Well i just checked how much it would cost me to ship something to the UK and for a $20 item i was quoted $38 something?? Hmm not really improved shipping rates, I don't get why you guys just don't have warehouses for this stuff in europe or the UK? Rockstar started off as a UK company and still has offices over here but 70% of the stuff Rockstar offer in the way of merchandising and competitions are for the US. There's so much stuff i wanna get from the warehouse!! just saying..

I really love you Rockstar, but guys comn on 50 bugs for shipping a t-shirt or the claude figurine to Holland?
There's no way it's that expensive.
When I order an article from a regular US website they charge around 5 till 15 $ for shipping.

I believe Rockstar said a while back that they are working on bringing it to the 360.

Yesterday I was browsing the warehouse, closed it and then a moment later opened again and it looked different, and much better.

                                          it looks very good!
