Enjoying RDR, question. Is there a way to control all the Clans comming into rdr free roam and killing everyone and harrassing them? we try to do our challenges, but clans like xx ----xx come in and start killing and chasing us.
Also, it would be cool if we could have more women characters on the game, possibly we could create our own characters, male and female, and ps.. the buffalos and bonzo the bumbling bull are pathetic, they never come when u call them and u end up chasing them down. I just shoot them.. and what about the car in Blackwater, in multiplayer why can't we drive them, and where are the trains? those things would be cool to rob gold shipments on trains and steal cars from townsfolk and drive our posses around in them. or a posse catching a choo choo to the next town or gang hideout?

i'd like to see undead nightmare free roam . lot of fun there. think of it as regular free roam but with all the other add ons added to the undead free roam.. it's the only thing missing to red dead that i could possibly see adding. maybe add it this next halloween 2013. that way you'd have plenty or time to develop it all. of course you could just add it to our game but if you had to charge for it. 250points. anyway thanks for listening.

I was thinking and wondering about how cool and how it could be hours of fun and how mush the s**t it would be if there was a horde of: Indiens or a military or lawman or even the Mexican army or the outlaws or something to that like that way a group of people could join and fight off the horde and the waves of wave after waves.... say like there is 50 waves that you got to fight off. is it possable we can see a update of some kind like this?

I should have also added I think something like a timer should be put on the hideouts in multiplayer. A timer in that if a hideout is cleared out and people are staying there to keep it from being used or being able to let their partners reload the explosive rifle should be initiated. Give it like one to two minutes when it's cleared and then let the game reset the hideout or eject the one staying to prevent the hideout from resetting out of the boundaries of the hideout so it can reset. I've seen this time and agai and it is aggrivating when you are trying to level up or get your achievements and you can't do this because of this stuff going on.

What I think would be awesome is to create another legend level and have War Horse as the reward mount! I've seen people hacking him into the game. Making him another level might put a stop to it.

Golden Guns reverting to their original colors in Red Dead Redemption after Title Update

Hadn't played RDR for a while, updated and noticed the issue with golden guns if not signed in.

Update for 9/23/11: The issue with pre-order Golden Guns losing their color should now be resolved. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and signed in when loading your save file. You will not need to download anything as the patch will be applied automatically.

The patch only seems to apply when online, in offline mode the issue remains how about a permanent patch.

If I have the Game of the Year edition, does that mean I won't get the title updates or patches for my version of the game?

You unlock the buffalo rifle in-game...what are you smoking?(lol jk)

I like playing this game!! Would like to know if there will be a add-on to get the buffalo back? I would like to be able to purchase the rifle. Or can there be a add-on to get the buffalo rifle?

hey rockstar i was wondering... rdr is my favorite game and, Clint Eastwood awesome western movie director so, i was wonderin and suggesting that you should add on a Clint Eastwood character for multilayer-and yes i know that you guys mixed a little clint in marston but i want a more detailed guy that looks exactly like clint... please answer i would like to know what you think.

I know I should bring this up with the support staff but I'm not sure how to do that. I was in friendly free roam last night trying to complete a few challenges without worrying about taking a bullet in the back and I was killed by a Japanese player cooking dynamite next to me. I'm not worried about it I was just letting you know because obviously some people did not get the update.

I truly, truly adore the Undead Nightmare DLC, and I appreciate every single fix each of these patches provides, especially those to Undead Overrun. Something I have noticed however, is that the actual storyline of Undead Nightmare is a bit too easy for me. Not that I don't appreciate every single second of the fun it provides and the immense world you've created... but being as it is, I almost feel like there should be a kind of hard-mode for single player. Having just made it to "On a Pale Horse" without using Dead Eye a single time, I still kind of want more. xD It just seem like zombies are very limited in their damage capability, especially retches... being the rarest of all zombies, I feel their accuracy should be somewhat respectable. I think I was only hit by a retch about... 2-3 times in the whole stretch of the campaign, and that's without Dead Eye at all. You can stand completely still in front of them at mid-range and they will miss about 9/10 shots they make, maybe even 10/10.

Thank you for your time and this INCREDIBLY unique DLC, I hope you take heart to my suggestions! In fact, I'd be willing to pay for more DLC simply to make the single player harder. Undead Overrun is designed to kill you, thus it's not really necessary... but in single player, you have Dead Eye, which is almost overkill for an already disadvantaged enemy.

Thank you Rockstar for changing back the original setting of Undead Overrun. When I first got back to it I made it so far in Sudden Death that someone left which wasn't a big deal. I didn't die until I ran out of ammo, when I did ran out of ammo I then I tried to take out the undead with the torch but I finally died. It was 15 minutes but it felt more than 15 minutes. I did the headshots to save ammo. It was just amazing run, the best Undead Overrun I ever did. Thank you again Rockstar.
