you can access your rockstar pass dlc via the in-game main menu by pressing the 'x' button if you have an x-box. This should take you to a screen listing all the dlc available for the game as well as the corresponding descriptions. If you have the rockstar pass, it's merely a case of selecting the items your entitled to & they will automatically download to your console, where they can then be accessed via the 'cases' menu. If you access the xbox game marketplace through your dashboard, it will still say the prices next to the dlc's in question this, however, does not mean you dont have them. Rockstar pass dlc must be accessed via the in-game menu.
As of this writing Nicholson Electroplating is available, as is everything else. The exception is 'reefer madness', which is to be released on July 12th, 2011, according to wiki.

It's now 10.30am in the UK on 22nd June....and the case STILL isn't available to download despite having the Rockstar Pass. Really, really not impressed....

there is still no downloadable content in EU [ Belgium ] for the nicholson electroplating arson case??, oyu've said first thing in the morning but it like 9:45AM and the morning is almost gone!

ow god what is going on with this dlc stuff through the rockstar pass, really miffed now as iv just tried to download the new dlc and it has erased my' the naked city' file which was 5 star and complete, and wants me to re download the naked city dic aswell, it will let me download them but then wants to do it again, does not stay permanently or apear in cases, what the hell is going on?

General question:

I've just finished my first Arson case, where dies this dlc episode fit into the overall storyline? Can anyone help me out with that?

Rockstar I do have a question though. Sometimes when im at the title screen of L.A Noire and i hit marketplace and then back out it sometimes it will freeze up the screen Write back??

Its on now for UK, I'm downloading as we speak. Little miffed though, thought we would have got earlier as we paid in advance :(

It's says you can download it now, but some error comes up saying that it can't purchase it? I was wondering if anyone has the same problem?

There it is in the marketplace, but only available for download for 320 pts. I thought we got it free if we got the Pass, yes?

Hmm...I suppose I was wrong to assume that by purchasing the Rockstar pass, my PREPAID DLC would become available before the content hits XBL marketplace, or at LEAST at the same time. BUT NOOOOOOOOO....this is so frustrating, to see the content available for 320 msp on marketplace, yet the exact same content that I ALREADY PAID FOR is unavailable to me! GRRRRRRRRRR >:(
