* Your personal car, you have bought can be placed anywhere in the city and later found in the same spot.
* As detective the character wont need any backup, but if he is expecting bloody shootouts he can call for backup at nearest phone booth, also he can order cop cars.
* There are various car dealers in the city and you can buy and upgrade cars, with simple features, like engine, wheels etc. and most importantly cop-car marks and some gadgets. You have 3(example) car slots, and you can park these three cars wherever you want, just beware of your car getting stolen, upgrading lock system is also possible.
* There may be some inventions for the cars and player himself (gadgets). I have ideas, but i will let R* decide, they always make something good. Especially if they make City by the Story, not the Story by City.
I loved GTA IV, but none of the characters were as amazing as Niko, the game was released in 2008 and its still my favorite. At the top. So far i have enjoyed every single one of your creations, and i am sure this absolutely won't be an exception.
I love you R*. In hope that you will listen to community and improve the games within other people wishes.
