If i remember right one of the articals said its just U.S. and Canada and to stay tuned for more info about international promotional items. But not sure, and I dont feel like looking right now but i think it was on this website, maybe asked and answered topic.
I'm curious to what exacrtly Marston's hat is in the third one. It looks like a big ball of leather and fur.
I think it's a badger head, if you look close you can see the black eyes ears and nose on the short snout.

I still want all of em though. Maybe we'll get the other 2 as DLC or with the Super Special Limited Collector's edition of the game that also comes with a real Colt .45, engraved wood display case, leather holster and 500 rounds of ammo all for 80 bucks. I'm orderin' mine now.
