Life has never been easy for former Army corporal Victor Vance. Victor enlisted in the armed forces in but was dishonorably discharged after being mistakenly found with drugs and prostitutes. Hooking up with his brother Lance in Vice City, Victor did odd jobs for many a shady character before eventually starting his own criminal enterprise. Unlike his brother however, Victor has no intention of being in the drug game forever and is conflicted about the path he has been forced to take to support his family.
