I highly doubt it will actually come out in March 2010, I think thats just when R* will 'officially' announce it!
I think it will be released some time in 2011 :(
The trailer is coming March 2010. Not the game itself. And it can't be released in 2011 unless something goes wrong again like with GTA 4. It'll be out in a year cause R* cancelled the other 2 DLC episodes for next year.

Yeah, it's not San Andreas cause I've played Scarface and made it to the Islands where I was able to deal with the big dawgs for drugs to take back to Miami and I've spent some time there and that little piece looks like part of the Islands. Some people think it's Mount Chiliad but the pic is too dark and if I'm correct it looks like water around the rocky cliffs like it was in Scarface so it's a for sure thing that it's Vice City including the Islands outside of Miami this time.

waowwwwww !!! i remember when i was a kid, (now im 19) vice city showed me the grat 80s, the style, the beach, that wonderful atmosphere.. the GTA VC was not only a cars, guns, drugs.. its was more thatn that. now im a fan of the 80s, 70s, i love miami, the beach, .. well... that atmosphere.. MIAMI VICE for example.. ahhhh.. damn, cant wait for the first trailer
